I am Wei-Ting, I love cake decorating. Once I obtained my university degree from Jinwen University in Taiwan, I attended Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver to study Professional Pastry and Bread. It was there I discovered my passion for creating beautiful and delicious desserts. I pursued my passion by going to Toronto to study designer cakes at Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts.
