  • 當開啟新作品編輯後，每個新作品都會有20天後的截稿日。
    如果在20天內有回來開啟編輯器編輯，每次的時間會重新計算與延長20天，
    只要有持續編輯內容，就不用擔心作品被刪除。

    除非你開啟一個作品，但是20天內都沒有進行編輯或完稿出版，
    系統會認定你可能不需要這個作品了，會先 email 提醒，
    如果還是沒有回來編輯或出版，系統即會將作品關閉與刪除。

    同時刪除作品同時，您所上傳的「照片原檔」也會一併刪除，
    因此需定期留意作品的編排進度，以及定期備份您的原檔照片喔。
